It pours a cloudy dark gold with a perfect soft foamy white head that stayed around for awhile. The aroma is one of wheat and spices, maybe a little coriander? The taste is full of spices, wheat and just a hint of citrus. The taste is also just a tad different from some of the other HefeWeizen's that I've had, but I can't quite put my finger on it, not bad just different.
