It's Long Run Saturday!!!!

Did I say that I had to do 8 miles today. I lied, I actually had to do 10 miles. It's been awhile since I've been in double digits and I really wasn't looking forward to this workout for a myriad number of reasons. But in the end I gutted it out.

Here's the data: The pace is going to seem pretty slow but in order to keep my heart rate in Zone 3 with the temps hovering in the mid 20's that's what I've got to do.
