Change to Today's Workout

Today was supposed to an 80 minute run in zone 3, but the commander came in this morning and wanted to run with both me and Chuck so off we went on a little 5 mile run at his pace. My commander is recovering from knee and back surgery but he's still pretty comfortable running a 9:30 mile which is still faster than my zone 3 pace. So here's the data
